Had a great time in Houston. Loved the cookies!!! Front desk female hospitality team was super helpful & welcoming. The food at the restaurant was great, was impressed that the burger was fulfilling and tasty. Also, They offer a courtesy shuttle within 3 Mile radius, so we took that to Lakewood church. Corey was so welcoming and nice. The only downfall is that the breakfast buffet could be better.

Arrived and TV was dead. Tried calling front desk but busy for 15 minutes so had to go in person. Maintenance came and TV was unplugged & had to move furniture to get to it. There was blood smeared on the curtain. Bedside lamp didn’t work. In shower, the water faucet was coming out of the wall and the light turned off while in shower so it was completed in the dark. In the morning, coffee pot didn’t work but was unplugged. Very disappointed!
