I stayed at this hotel for a 4-night reservation. Check-in was smooth and the room seems clean. However, there is no central A/C system — only a wall-mounted air conditioner. When it was running, the room became extremely dry. After the first night, I developed many red, itchy rashes on both legs. I informed the hotel, and they did come to change the bedding, but unfortunately the rash made the rest of my trip very uncomfortable. I couldn’t go into the ocean or enjoy swimming, and it also affected my ability to rest. The hotel is located away from Waikīkī Beach — walking to the beach takes about 20 minutes — but the transportation around the area is fairly convenient. Overall, I don’t enjoy the stay at the hotel, the skin reaction and dryness in the room made this stay quite difficult.

Resort was a great location. The beds in the room are not comfortable and were very hard. The sleeper sofa slept better with a springing mattress than the actual beds. They definitely need to upgrade the beds for the price.

The staff especially at reception were great. Loved seeing Chester every morning as we exchanged our towels. He even gave us some beach toys that were left behind. They have beach chairs you can borrow so don’t make the mistake I made and rent them. You get a few free ice cream scoops with your stay. Loved the room and we had the diamondhead view and could see the fireworks! I went with a 4 and 6 year old. Was wonderful having the kitchen and proximity to beach. 2 pools to have a great time at.

This hotel provided excellent value compared to other hotels on the Waikiki strip. It was clean, had large rooms with full kitchens, very friendly staff, and great amenities on site. It was a perfect choice with young kids as there were 2 different pools, one very shallow, and close to the beach. The full kitchen had everything we needed to have breakfast in the room everyday and there is also a coffee shop, ice cream shop, restaurant and market on site. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are well kept, modern. Kitchen in the room is a plus. However , hoping AC will be available in the hallway to the room. Always feels so stuffy and humid walking the hallway.

Great customer service from all the staff, starting with valet Cameron and Lala were amazing every time when we left and return back to the property they were always smiling and courteous. Didn’t catch the bell captain but he was also very friendly and courteous. Richelle checked us and was also amazing. Giving us activity ideas and some great recommendations for places to eat. Room was clean and the room service team kept the rooms tighty and all the towels and supplies were well stocked. Overall, I would recommend this property, great location to enjoy the Waikīkī area but also easy access to Highways to explore other parts of the island.
