"This hotel had good reviews and it's a Best Western so our expectations were high before we arrived. The hotel and our stay certainly met those expectations. Check-in was easy and the front desk person pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean in all the important areas although there was a fair amount of dust on the back of the TV. We always find having a fridge and microwave a helpful addition. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet, and heating & air easy to adjust. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of choices from cooked food to cereal, pastries, and yogurt. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was cold when we arrived - AC was running on an already cold day. The fragance from room cleaning was a bit of a challenge since I have a lung condition. This was resolved by leaving the bathroom fan running for the duration of our stay. The review asked us to score on the environmental side of things; it was good to see large wall mounted shower gel, shampoo etc but unfortunatley, the usual amount of plastic one-time-use utensils. My wife and I recommend this hotel and will stay here again when in this area."
