I checked in and was not able to stay, unfortunately. Upon checking in went up to my room on the 2nd floor. The room, although it was tidy and did not appear dirty, it smelled really bad and noisy, and the hallways were very clean. Came down to upgrade my room to a higher room, for which I was charged $60.
That second room on the 5th floor, was also really smelly, though less people noise, but the AC was noisy. However, the hotel appeared to be really busy.
Unfortunately I was not able to deal with the smell and the overall hotel cleanliness, and noise and checked out just a few minutes after checking in. The hotel staff said they were unable to issue a refund, which I sort of understand, but at least should had not charged me for the update.
