The hotel smelled of urine almost everywhere you went. There was black mold on the ceiling upstairs vent. The elevators made a ton of noise and did not feel safe. The tub in the bathroom was disgusting did not make you want to even take a bath. For the price this hotel is it needs to have major repairs done for it to justify the cost.

They claim to have EV charging but they just have a bunch of out of service charging sites. Room had a weird smell. A/C noisy. I saw two roaches in the downstairs bathroom. Tv doesn't work. Elevator out of order. Breakfast really limited.

I would definitely not stay here again. This place is a literal dump. The bathroom was all rusted and gross. The room was basic and overall the quality of the place was bare minimum for anything. Location was ok. Across from the beach but not near the beach amenities. It was super expensive, would have thought I was at the four seasons.

Dining staff not friendly. Forks knives and spoons should be labeled. The person assigned should come out at least once in a while. Pillow on first night smelled old and dirty. Second night was okay. All necessary items such as bedding, light fixtures, toilet flushing, refrigerator, microwave, tv, remote control, locks, etc should be checked by staff before person arrives to room. Pool music was too loud. There should not be any music. Housekeeping staff not very friendly. Better signage on first floor of direction of lobby area when you exit elevator. The brown door area next to dining area is not very appealing when walking to lobby from elevator exit.

You get what you pay for
This is our second time to stay here. The facility is tired, and in need ot refurbishment. Our door had a loose hinge, paint overspray on the bath vanity top, fridge wobbled horribly due to some sort of imbalance. That having been said, it is the only place on the beach with rooms less than $200/night. And frankly, I don't spend any time in the room with my eyes open.

Called to front desk for assistance with broken iron and no answer …..Weston’s desk and clerk appeared to be playing on her phone grinning ear to ear, when she wS called out about it her response was “I was sending my boss a message” I believe guest that PAID to stay in your establishment should take PRIORITY over your said “BOSS” we will NOT be staying there again and we will go out of our way to tell people of your establishment and the behavior of your employee to deter them from staying w/you✅

I had a really bad experience with the hotel the beds of my room were filthy with ticks.And all of the ticks bit my sons. And I had to leave the hotel room today at 9AM they told me that they were going to return the amount of 632.04 dollars back to me. And I hope they do give me back the money because they gave me a receipt without date and why I got out of the hotel. I hope this hotel is a serious hotel.
