Comfy bed, so-so breakfast
The room was large and the bed was comfortable. I asked for a late checkout and was told that was only for Choice members. They had a shuttle to the cruise terminal but only until 11 a.m. and our check-in was 1 p.m. That was inconvenient and we had to sit around the cruise terminal until 1 p.m.. The breakfast was the average hotel breakfast with sausage and eggs, etc., but we missed the gravy and biscuits. We actually had better breakfast at the Best Western.

Overall our stay was okay. Staff was kind and responsive. The location in proximity to things was fine-a short walk. Public areas in the hotel were clean. Lower ratings came from mildew on the wall in the hallway, peeling paint in our room, someone else’s trash under both beds in our room, and when we were leaving, a cockroach the size of Texas was on the ceiling in the hallway. We stayed for just one night; if we had planned for any longer and we would have switched hotels.

Dirty bedroom, dirt under the bed, stained sheets and cockroaches. I had a reservation for 4 nights and we only stayed for one, they gave us a phone number to claim the money back for the other 3 nights, but no one answered the calls. I do not recommend anyone to use this hotel.

A stay before the embarkation!
The hotel was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Here is a picture from the balcony, This hotel was about 5 to 7 minutes from the port of carnival breeze. It was a good price and close to the port. Friendly staff!

First room they gave us wasn’t cleaned and smelled like it hadn’t been for awhile. The toilet was t flushed at stunk. We went down and she upgraded us to a balcony for free which was nice but found a dead cockroach in the bathroom.

The entire facility smelt of mold and must our room smells so strong that we slept in our clothes because it was so disgusting the doors the locks were broke on both doors it the breakfast was disgusting and a filthy mess we will never stay here again we were only here for one night to go on a cruise
