"This is a great property with room for a group or family. A charming neighborhood with fun shopping and a variety of restaurants; easy access to public transportation downtown. Day tripping to sites outside of Boston was relatively easy. The stairs might be a challenge for people with mobility issues. Otherwise would give it 5 stars. "

"Our week stay in October 2024 exceeded all expectations. The house is exactly as pictured and had everything inside and outside that we could have possibly needed to make the visit for 2 adults and 2 Boston Terrier dogs super comfortable and memorable. Having access to a completely fenced in yard and ample space to safely park off our car off the street was priceless. Communication with Perry was always prompt and friendly. He provided detailed instructions before we checked in to ensure we were able to locate the property and gain access without issues. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay at a home away from home when visiting Boston or any neighboring city. "I wanted to bring my husband and friends to Boston to explore before we cruised to Nova Scotia. This property afforded us the opportunity to make some meals at "home and play games as well. The old house creaks and has narrow steps as expected. Be aware the laundry is located in the basement down narrow steps. Margaretwas easy to communicate with. Yhe kitchen is well appointed. , laundry in the evenings. "

"This wonderful third floor walkup is full of Boston flavor. Across the street is a beautiful church that has obviously been there for ages. The sun porch off the living room has a fire pit and amazing skyline views. It’s definitely for folks who can climb stairs, which we count as a plus since we’re trying to get our exercise in. :-)"
