We loved our stay here! The room was great and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Parking costs but not as much as other places and it’s super convenient. There was even a free hotel shuttle to Fenway. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

The hotel appeared clean, really helpful staff and good breakfast. It had a daily shuttle starting at 11 AM to go drop people off near big tourist locations around town and pick them up. That was a huge benefit! I stayed in two different rooms on either end of a cruise, each had an issue needing maintenance. It was easily manageable. If you are staying in a room that faces the major road or hospital, it will be very noisy and has a lot of homeless people (hence security in the hotel). Emergency vehicles with sirens and honking cars happening very often. I'm not used to city noises and it made it hard to have a good nights sleep. We stayed 3 nights total.

Pros: My first time in Boston. I wanted to start out by giving gratitude to the staff for their kindness, attentiveness, accommodations, and always making me feel safe. I was able to check in early, as there was a room available. Breakfast was as you would expect for any continental breakfast at a hotel. They have fresh coffee and hot water for hot chocolate or tea 24/7 in the lobby. The elevators are room key access. 24/7 security guard in lobby. I wanted to give a special shout out to Ace. He is extremely attentive to all the guests in the lobby. I noticed him, on several occasion, checking in with guests and asking if they needed help. Cons: Caution to those who are light sleepers. The hotel is next to a hospital, so you hear police and ambulance sirens throughout the night, and occasional yelling outside. The AC fan is loud.

Right outside our window and along the whole street is a park where drug addicts/homeless spend their day and make noise all night. We will Not stay at this hotel again

The hotel was clean and staff is great. They serve breakfast in the morning that had a great variety. They also have complementary drinks. The have a free shuttle that was extremely helpful in getting to places.

Horrible street noise. Did not sleep.
Loudest hotel ever. Street noise was so bad from traffic and homeless people outside. Did not sleep the three nights I was there. I also found a cockroach in my room.

The property is old. The shower was old and handles falling off. The bed wasn’t the comfiest and the mattress was loud. I think whatever mattress protector they use seemed like it was plastic. The street right outside the hotel was filled with homeless people and filled with garbage. They call it “methadone mile” Not the hotels fault but just felt unsafe going outside at night. You are also right by a hospital so lots of noise from the constant sirens. The parking is in the garage but you have to bring your ticket to the front desk or they charge you an arm and a leg if you pay at the parking garage which we weren’t told but the hotel helped us out. Other than that the staff were great and accommodating. Breakfast was decent. They do keep the property clean and security constantly around.
