"A great house for a large family. House can use some TLC…lots of cracked tiles and uneven floors. Some water damage coming in from sliding doors in kitchen. Kitchen could use more cookware. "

"Overall great place to stay. Clean, quiet, family friendly, and responsive owner. Hike to get in to town, but knowing that going in, it’s fine. Only a few minor issues during our stay, but handled appropriately by owner, very promptly. Two things I would be cautious of, there were tons of yellow jackets in the pool, mainly the indoor section. Not the owners fault, but the condo doesn’t leave a net to scoop anything out, the lady would take it with her when she was done. My kids got stung on multiple occasions. Also, it appears a house is being built, which will directly obstruct the view of the ocean, like in one of the photos of the property. Updating that photo will be crucial once the home is framed."

"Overall, everything was great, especially the flexibility and communication with the owner. Only downside was that in the pictures online it seemed like the beach was right in front of our tiny house, but the main rental house was in between us and the beach. That was disappointing, but it was fine with my wife, so it was fine with me."
