"Lillian and all the staff (Lita, Lina, Ina) made us feel so welcome and they went out of their way to make our holiday special, changed our booking over the phone to cater for the change in ferry arrival and even baking a cake for my wife's birthday. Staying at Toafa Lodge was the best!"

"We stayed in a spacious studio apartment on the upper level with a fabulous view across a lush garden to the sea. The host was friendly and allowed us to check in early, for which we were grateful after a long flight. The apartment was clean, the shower was nice and hot, it was quiet at night and we were happy with our stay. The bottles of water provided were very welcome, too! The property is not right in the centre of town but there is parking available and it's a short hop in by taxi. We were only there for a night, with no car, but there was a fantastic restaurant next door that made heading out for dinner and a drink very easy! We hadn't been sure what to expect from other reviews, but were very pleasantly surprised and would stay again."

"Easy to book. Map was not accurate but we found it in the end! No wifi available. Rooms all clean and the property was well furnished. Excellent support from the property manager in the adjacent property who went above and beyond. Couldn't recommend her highly enough."
