Nice property with great amenities. The hot tubs are not quite as hot as one would like in the cool northern baja evening, but the pool area is superb and definitely gives off a resort feel. Nice having the poolside bar and food too. Renovated room was perfect- everything once you walked in the door was new and modern style.

Tenía como 10 años que no me tomaba unas vacaciones como estás y debo de admitir que al ver unas de las reseñas que dieron del hotel, no estaba muy seguro pero me encanto y voy a volver a regresar, el servicio es excelente la verdad que nos consintieron muy bien todos los miembros del staff, los cuartos fueron recientemente renovados limpios y cómodos. La alberca es grande los jacuzzis nos encantaron pero si cuidado con la gente desconsiderada que se los agandalla todo el dia, la comida del restaurante está deliciosa y a precios justos y bien reportada es servicio en el restaurante también estuvo excelente!!! Las únicas cosas que no estuvieron tan bien que nuestro cuarto tenía problemas con la alarma de incendio eso si luego luego vinieron a checar, y el wifi en mi cuarto si fallo en varias ocasiones fuera de ahí todo estuvo excellente

This place is clean inside but it’s getting old also the out side is under construction at the moment and they don’t tell you also the street is on really bad shape the valet parking doesn’t work must of the time we have to park Our own car back and forth the jacuzzi was not working properly it was not hot at all the customers service terrible when I arrived it was not a welcome not properly informed at the service they provided the boy who help me was terrible hi had a mad face the whole time his name was Leían I won’t recommend this place I won’t come back here never again it’s not at all what they said in there service there hotel

Es un hotel que no es todo incluido y te ponen un brazalete para cobrar por persona cuando no es todo incluido y ni siquiera quieren que metas agua en el área de la alberca que es vital para la personas, pésimo hotel y las personas de la recepción súper groseras y rudas, tienen entrenadas a todos los empleados para que te estén vigilando súper incómodo nada recomendable y es un hotel viejo que huele a caño las tuberías y sobre valorado para lo viejo que está
