"Book this cabin if you are looking for quiet, serenity, and seclusion. It is WAY off the beatin path so expect a 20 minute drive to get to amenities or stores. When you arrive all you hear is a babbling creek and breeze through the trees. The cabin itself was very well stocked with everything you’d need. The furnishings were sufficient and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in a VRBO. I was surprised to find that the bedroom and bathroom are downstairs. Upstairs is a reading book and a locked door which I assume were the owner’s personal belongings. The downstairs was plenty large enough for my wife and I to relax. The fireplace is wood burning not gas, so be prepared for a slight fireplace smell in the cabin. It’s not off putting, but just present. Overall it was a fantastic relaxing weekend miles from anywhere. "

When I inquired about extending the stay, if required, due to unfinished business, Rudy was there to assist in any way possible and willing to provide the same rate paid as my previous nights. Will stay there again when back in the area! "
