The room was so clean, I immediately felt like I could take a shower and relax without any concern of things being unclean or gross. Bed was comfy, blankets and pillows were clean and fluffy, I had a great night’s sleep. Only complaint was the price range but it was worth it to splurge a little for a decent room.

Check in went well. The front desk agent was very professional and friendly. However, when when we got in the room the tv remote wasn’t working and the shampoo and conditioner in the shower was empty. The next morning next morning the housekeepers had a baby in a stroller in the hallway. When I went to the front desk to tell her about the remote she put new baton the remote and told me the housekeeper will be here soon and told me to go ask the housekeeper about the shampoo and conditioner. She was sitting in a chair texting with a hoody on. She was very rude. I asked her what her name was, she said Margarita. The staff were all wearing street clothes with no name tags, so you could not tell if they were guests or staff. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were sitting in water, the sausage in grease and the fruit was bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff seemed less than enthusiastic. Room key had to be reset every day in order to gain access. Wifi doesnt stay connected and no cable. Went down foe coffee and no coffee, carafes not refilled. Wont be going back here

Mgt horrible. They would not refund the stay and the internet was not working at the apple fest when I attempted several times. To cancel the reservation by 4 pm as local hotel time. Breakfast was very skimpy. Employees bring their children to work at this location.&. Mamas feed the babies while on the job. Then guest room, that’ll have Kids eve be enter rooms of guest

When we checked in we were told they we working on the water heater and it would be about an hour until it was fixed. By 10:30pm it still wasn’t fixed. No shower and we had a train ride in the morning. Got up at 5:30. Water was orange and lukewarm that turned completely cold before I could finish my shower. All in all a horrible experience.
