"The house was very good condition and clean. Bed and furnishings we're comfortable. Kitchen was open with prep space. The stove burner electric igniter did not work so there are short matches to ignite but long neck matches or a barbecue grill type lighter are needed. We did have an ant problem in the kitchen and a message to property management was quickly responded to with an exterminator arriving. Problem solved. Outdoor furnishings need to be updated. The roof is nice but there's no seating there and one plastic stackable chair we could bring up. A small bistro type table and a couple heavy chairs would be welcomed. The property management needs to leave additional garbage can liners. We were staying for a week and one small garbage can was not going to last. We asked for more and some were left on the porch but it would be preemptive to have the liners in a drawer to pull when needed. We booked through VRBO and the advertised per night rate was good but the other fees added are excessive. Beware and read thoroughly what you're paying for because the per night rate VRBO pushes is deceptive."

"This property is in a very secure community, the hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating while also leaving us to ourselves. We are chatty, however, so we spent time talking with them, learning about the area, recommendations for local spots etc. Highly recommend! There isn’t a kitchen but there is a microwave and coffee maker. But we travel to enjoy the local cuisine not cook ourselves. But it was nice to have a way to heat up some leftovers. The outside section of the place is beautiful, well taken care of. Would stay here again most definitely"

"Arrived at the property and was delighted with beach view and proximity to pool area. Condo was beautifully decorated and provided expected amenities. San Felipe was cute beach town with light tourists as this time of year. Got windy in afternoon but temps were fairly mild. Enjoyable overall"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at Casa Katalina! Katalina is such a great host and welcoming. Katrina (her dog) is also a great host and welcoming. The space is better than what the photos show and had everything you need if you enjoy cooking “at home”. Katalina gave us great suggestions for local activities and places to visit.
