"We had an amazing stay at this hotel; they were able to check us in early after an overnight flight without any hassle or extra charges. They were able to arrange airport transfers and have drivers available for other tours pretty much on demand - we had to change our tour plans, and they were so flexible and understanding, which was really appreciated!
