"This was our first time visiting Macau, and we chose W Hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were met with outstanding hospitality.
A special thanks to the receptionist, who made our stay extra special by upgrading us to a beautiful suite room facing the Cotai Strip and the Eiffel Tower. Staying there for three nights was an absolute memorable treat, it was spacious, having a bathtub and a cozy living room, making our nights truly amazing.
To top it off, she also arranged a complimentary birthday cake, a thoughtful touch that made the celebration even more memorable. The housekeeping team was equally wonderful, always friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay felt just like home. They even have daily turndown services.
Our experience at W Hotel Macau was nothing short of exceptional, and we will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit. Thank you W Hotel management for making our trip so special!"
