"Stayed in this fabulous onsen holiday for over night. Room is clean and comfortable. Love the hot spring! Buffet breakfast and dinner are amazing! The only thing I can complain is stay here 1 night is not enough. "

"The hotel is located near by many places, so you can go to many places by walk. Also the hotel provides free shuttle to the Sapporo station and it is really useful. It is not a new hotel, but managed well. Breakfast is fine. Also it has oncen in the hotel."

"Very helpful staff, centrally located. Lots of dining options and near good restaurants. Limousine bus stops there. Rooms in main building need updating, which is planned for March 2025. Would definitely stay there again."
