The location is excellent. Just a few steps from the underground walkway that leads to major areas. The airport liner bus stop is also less than 10 minutes walk and it makes transportation to and from the airport so convenient.

The small size of the room is expected. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable definitely a plus for me. The staff service were average and limited breakfast choices. Overall can’t complain for the price and convenient location.

It was amazing! Value for money, good service, super convenient as well as Odori station is just a door step away! Will always be my number one choice if I ever travel to Sapporo again! Oh and I would like to mention they were very accommodating to my breakfast request-I am a vegetarian and they managed to prepare a special set for me!

Every thing was pretty good without room condition especially cleaning level. I found hair band underneath my bed, which wasn’t mine at all and balls of dust at the corners.

Very convenient location, right beside exit 34 of Odori Park station. If you are coming with luggage, you can use the lift that leads to exit 14; It is just a short walk from the hotel. Hotel was generally clean and comfortable although the room was quite small.
