I could deal with the small room, that was fine. But the room was missing necessities, like a microwave. The microwave was upstairs in this dirty room with ants and roaches. Saw roaches in the elevator too. Had to pay $20 to park in a garage across the street. Ive never had to.pay to.park at a hotel before. Bed was hard, uncomfortable, loud AC and running toilet kept me up all night. Also room is an ugly color. I think i deserve a refund for the terrible experience I had.

We have stayed at The Magnolia 3 times now. The building is beautiful. The staff is always friendly. I love their pillows. We stayed one night and I managed to take not one, but two, hour long baths in that huge tub. Only problem is that it’s been 2 days since we checked out and I haven’t seen the deposit charge refund yet. If you don’t want to use valet, there’s a Neiman Marcus parking garage a bit past Pegasus Brewery on the right. It’s $20 for 24 hours. While you’re at it, go have a beer or a glass of wine at Pegasus. The building is a real art deco treat and the beer is great.

I figured getting a suite would mean a higher level of room. I was wrong. When entering the room, i noticed a few things, large stains on the carpet, stains on the couch, light fixtures dangling from the ceilings un-assembled. All the furniture was banged up and definitely atleast 15 years old. The TV was a "flatscreen" it was about 18" and about the same age as the furniture. There was no WiFi. Even on the 7th floor the walls were so thin i could hear everyone around me talking in other rooms, including people yelling out on the street. Trued relaxing in the tub, only to start the water and bunches of pubic hair coming out... Cant reccommend to stay here for the price we paid.
