Pro; Water park is nice and we enjoyed the lazy river. Con; music at the water park was loud. I was wearing noise canceling headphones and had to turn it up to hear it. If your looking for a place to read a book, going to have to find another place. Pro; Hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. Con; requested help to move the couch in our room and the person who arrived only brought towels and didn't offer to help when I mention our request.

Very nice hotel. Only recommendation I have is when you check in, make sure your parking is paid for by the day and your hotel room key will work for the parking gate or you will have to pay everytime you leave the hotel in your vehicle.

Overall the experience in the hotel was phenomenal. Improvements (facilities): If you can add at least 1side fan or simple fan in each room as sometimes it becomes suffocating in the room, which may cause anxiety or nausea(as there's no passage for air).
