"We loved our time here. The staff are great - a big call out to Chad and the team for making our stay so enjoyable. The staff seem genuinely happy to have you there and go out of their way to help you with recommendations and transport around the city. The hotel is slightly tucked away which was a plus - Grab's are very easy to catch from the doorstep. The rooftop pool and spa service was great too. We'll be back when we next visit Hanoi "

"We had a perfect stay and wish we could have stayed for longer. The weather wasn’t very good when we got there so we decided to spend some time on the roof top pool and enjoy afternoon tea which was lovely and had stunning views of the city. The staff were all really kind and the room was a good size. We checked out and left our bags with the hotel. As our flight late in the evening the staff let us spend some more time in the evening by the pool, use the showers and in the bar before getting a taxi to the airport which we really appreciated. The location of the hotel is excellent and easy walking to everything. The coffee shop under the entrance did an excellent egg coffee which was a must try. Would definitely say again. "

"The sleeping pod was efficient and served its purpose. I wasn’t expecting a television, snacks and water, but they were a very nice touch. If you’re traveling out of Hanoi and you have an early flight, this is a great option. "

"Very friendly and efficient staff. A modest hotel yet it offers most of the amenities you expect, only 5 mins from Noi Ba Airport so it was super convenient for us to catch an early flight. It also has a huge pool on the rooftop along with some lounges with a perfect view of the airport and runway so its a plane buffs paradise."
