Property is an older place, the pool was nice, the view from our room was nice, I think we had some sort of bugs bitting my husband and I on our bed because we woke up with bites a few times, but my kids on the other bed were fine. They asked for our room number anytime we entered the property so we felt safe. The water from the shower and sink had an odor. The staff was all amazing, super nice, sweet, helpful and attentive to all needs. This was definitely a budget friendly resort, the food was ok nothing fancy, the drinks were good, they only had 1 brand of beer and limited liquor options but bar tenders were great.

The service was awesome! But would suggest door locks are checked before each stay for safety..

Cuarto sucio cuando me lo entregaron
Posted Sep 17, 2024 on HotelsEl cuarto me lo entregaron hecho un asco. A pesar de que pedí el cuarto 5 pm, estaba empapado cuando llegamos, todo sucio abajo de las camas, las botellas de agua a la mitad (usadas), osea se ve que no hicieron ni el minimo esfuerzo por limpiar la habitación.

Horrible hotel.... bugs on bed... wifi horrible, beach soo dirty, same food everyday, no music, entertainment so boring, just dont go

The employees were very kind and helpful. The food was subpar at best. The room was in the perfect location. But the rooms ac leaked water all over the room. We had to keep towels on the floor to us from slipping on the wet floor. Even with that issue we had fun in Cozumel. Rent a car so you can see the island and meet the sweet people of Cozumel.

Everything was amazing I wish they still allowed you to go to the other restaurants but the food was till good just wish there were more options.
