Completely run down. Heater so loud that you had to shout to have a conversation when it kicked on. Tried to call front desk to possibly switch rooms. Phone doesn't work. Room dirty. Someone's black hair in the sink. Went down to enjoy hot tub. Scary, dungeon type room. No one there, or anyone else in hotel. Jets didnt work and scum floating in the water of the filthy, chipped hot tub. Packed and left, went to a different hotel.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in
I tried to stay here back in June, after 20 minutes of me and my daughter taking our luggage up, I was dumb founded at the stench. It smelled like organic rot. In the elevator especially. One of the desk attendants were following us to and from room between trips. Exterior side door had no mechanism to lock. Carpet throughout dusty and had crumbs ground in. Shady people (I’m trying not to judge) did not made unfriendly eye contact. I decided to leave without staying and was refused my money back. No ice anywhere in building. Pool looks like you could contract listeria. You would be safer sleeping in your car. There are reviews planted in this app which are lies so that this rating seems semi-acceptable. The WORST hotel I have ever stayed in . Hands down! Don’t do it.

After I already reserved the 2rooms and I got there theprice went up amd then since I was paying cash i stead of card I hadto leave $50 deposit for each room abd had to pay rigbt then and there instead of at 11 a.m. whe. Check out was . They say they got a pool but itis little and then their hot tub was nit working . When I selected the rooms it showed that tjere was a gucuzzi in each room and that was not the case at all . It was all bad bever will I ever go there ever again and if I would have known all this I would have never even stayed there

Rude owner/desk paid for 2 room suites on Travelocity got standard worn out dirty room. Desk said it was Travelocity's problem and they would need to refund difference between prices of our 2 reserved suites we paid for and the dirty destroyed rooms we ended up with that weren't ready at 3pm check in and required us to stand around until 7:45pm almost 5 hours late. All garbage cans inside and outside were over flowing full time we were there. Will never ever stay in another one. Couch was so gross we put a bed sheet on it just to sit on it.
