Very bad experience.
Creepy, unfriendly and really not helpful staff. The parking lot was COMPLETELY EMPTY, yet the person at the front desk "claimed" there is only one room left, giving us a room in an end of a corridor, bad spot with a crappy view. Avoid at all cost.

This place was perfect for our weekend trip to Kings Island. We got the king suite and our kid enjoyed having his own space. The staff was very helpful and kind. I especially enjoyed the waffles during breakfast. One morning blueberry was an option, the next morning was strawberry. All three of us enjoyed it, and agreed we'd stay there again.

Pretty wacky. The hotel had a ā€œnewā€ TV in my room & a very old remote - which was not compatible. After some shenanigans at the front desk, a nice young lady finally arrived and bright the remote that obviously came with the smart TV. She was curious I she could change the channel to the one I would be watching tonight as she referred to this as her ā€œmaster remoteā€. She told me that I could have it for now, but check with the manager as if something went wrong on anotherā€™s tv, they wouldnā€™t have the ability to fix it. I asked, didnā€™t you get one of these remotes with each tv? Eventually she returned and entered a magic code so my 20 year old remote would work with the new tv. Just weird. Also, if I wanted to buy a bottle of water I had to use cash, or charge over 10 bucks. I eventually broke down and purchased stuff I didnā€™t need so I could buy a bottle of water. I would pass on this establishment. Just quirky.

Not the most modern hotel, but it seemed clean and the staff was nice & it for the job done. Itā€™s hard to find a hotel room for less than $300 these days šŸ˜«
