Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Room was super clean. The bad dated decor, carpet, bathroom fixtures slow draining, toilet didn’t flush well poor lighting. Also elevators not centrally located. Overall property kept clean and secure but needs major updating

I loked tje close proximity to airport and availability of long term parking. The lobby and restaurant was very cold. Our room was 65 and had trouble adjusting temp even afyer a maint.worker came to adjust. There elevstor was difficukt to find andcwe walked all over unnecessarily.

Property was nice, serene. Our door was difficult to open, we had to get help from concierge to open the door. The room itself was dated and there was a crack in the ceiling the whole length of the room.

I asked the front desk or pool towels as there,were none there, were there for 1 hr. No one came, Hilltop restaurant not marked, had to go to front desk, not terribly helpful. Before Arriving, i called about pre paid long term parking and i called 6 times Got no help until i called human resources and they hekped me. And the long term.parking is right on your premises.

The property wasn’t what I considered a five star resort. Upon entering looked cleaned but elevators were dirty and hallway carpets also. The restaurants were too expensive for just being an average hotel. No microwave in rooms and no laundry room. When checking in we didn’t get told about anything that they offered and parking should have been free for those staying. Online it had a checkout time of 12 but the only thing told to us was checkout at 11. Also online said indoor pool closed at midnight but it ended up being 10. Not very impressed with it trying to be a five star resort wanna be.
