They say it is smoke-free, but the whole hotel smells of marijuana. Do not visit with kids or family if you have other options. It says it is a two-star hotel. I assume it is a negative two-star hotel. I requested room service to clean, but they refused. Made a phone call to request toilet paper, and they asked me to pick it up from the front desk because they do not have anyone deliver it at 7 pm. A negative two-star hotel does not have a common microwave or refrigerator facility for guests in the kitchen or lobby.

A lot of strange people were there, one guy kept singing and hanging over the 3rd floor balcony. My TV controller was loose, but the room was ok. The first room had a broken toilet.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The conditions were unsanitary, with cockroaches, flies, visible dust, and hair found in the bed. The overall environment felt unsafe and poorly maintained. Given the weekly rate of $300, I believe your money would be better spent elsewhere. This property does not offer the quality or cleanliness one should expected

My stay at Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Chicago – Willowbrook was not only deeply unpleasant but unacceptable from a health and safety standpoint. The room was infested with bed bugs and cockroaches, creating an unhygienic and disturbing environment. To make matters worse, I felt unsafe during my stay due to the general condition of the property and the misrepresentation of its amenities and cleanliness online.

My go-to place in the area. Decor is somewhat dated and check-in is slow sometimes yet I come back because it’s a convenient location and the prices are reasonable. I prefer a 1st floor room and the staff will usually honor the request if they can.

I was really upset when i had told the office about the air conditioner problem. They sent someone down to check it and he vacuumed it and said it would be cooling in a couple of hours. We left and went to where we were going for the day and when we returned it was still very hot and it was put on the coldest setting. I ended up perspiring so much i had to get up at 4 a.m. and shower after only getting 2 and a half hours of sleep due to discomfort. I have left a message every day since i showed up here with the hopes things would get better, i was wrong. Between the air, the having to use my own personal information to watch t.v. with the apps, to seeing a cockroach, and my daughter not being able to be repaud for the first night because the room was too hard to get to, it was a nightmare. I think in those 3 days, minus the day of non usage, ive had a total of 4 hours sleep. Now i have to drive 3 hours to get back to my home. I hope they fix what is broken and start listening to when people tell them theres something wrong. And for God's sake check your phone in the office because its always busy and when it rings no one answers.
