My stay at Hilton Mag Mile Suites were splendid. The staff was awesome very courteous and helpful. As for my room it was immaculate and the view of the lake was beautiful. There were some small kids running and playing loudly in the hall the morning of out departure but other than that there was no noise to be heard on our floor the entire stay. This will definitely be my Hotel choice each stay from now on!!!!! Thank you for the hospitality.

The valet gentleman(s) are easy to talk too, and appear to really appreciate if not enjoy their place of employment. Places are easy to screw weather it is walking distant or or ordering something. Next trip, love to view the pool and the city view.

Loved the top floor pool. It was fantastic. Just little wear and tear signs (old plumbing and some blemished paint on the doors) but didnt affect the stay. Liked the neighborhood and easy walk to transport.

Great location. Bed was comfortable. Bedroom and Pool were nice. Not any food options within the hotel itself other than a pay for it buffet of continental style food for breakfast. Self park was a bit of a walk and the staff did not give any info on the parking policy upon check in.

Very safe, just off the beaten path. Taxis typically out front, rental bikes cloae by and best shopping 1 block away. The price cant be beat and the rooms are clean and huge.

Fantastic staff, location, & amenities.
From the minute we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty. We arrived late, exhausted with two kids - one of whom was asleep. We had requested a pack ‘n play and needed it set up and ready. Alicia at the front desk (who was GREAT - Hilton, she deserves a promotion.) was aware of the request for the Pack N Play, and immediately radioed the staff to make sure it was set up & ready in our newly assigned room. It was ready immediately, and they even dimmed the lights in the room. They were very helpful with parking options if the hotel lot wasn’t convenient for us, they made sure we didn’t get stuck on a busy part of Michigan Ave heading to park, they were super friendly, they let us know about a great little market across the street… they even warned us the ATM could be touchy. The bell staff/valet staff - talk about a hard working and friendly group. Every one of them was smiling - day or night - and goofing around with my kids, one of whom loves to run circles in the revolving door. They always pointed us in the right direction and always had a smile on their faces. Even the staff at the Breakfast buffet bent over backwards to make the experience great. They were super fast and amazingly attentive. The location was fantastic, the room was fantastic, the view (Lake view), the beds were comfortable, pillows were great, thermostat in the room functioned perfectly, the pool was fantastic - warm room and warm water, clean, ton of towels. This place is great. Home run.
