The Royal Cancun All Suites is a paradise for families and those who want a quieter smaller beach vacation! Every room is spotlessly clean, well appointed and 2 bedrooms!! Perfect for families. The pools have 0 debris, bugs floating and the ground are spotless. 2 Resturants with very good food daily & the morning omelette bar was my favourite! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful & the drinks plentiful! The beach is clean and has plenty of space & you don’t need to fight for chairs (pool or beach side). The ocean front is very shallow which is perfection for the smaller kids. A play structure & swings right next to the beach bar & volleyball court could not be better. This place is a steal for the price and the cleanliness! 0 stomach issues from any of the food or drinks for the 11 of us! We came down as 3 families with younger kids and it was perfect! Honestly I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Cancun for younger families!

Excellent - clean, friendly, great food, nice beach, nice pools including kid's pool. Comfortable 2 bedroom rooms. Small resort, short walk for everything. Option to shuttle to Royal Sands for a visit to the waterpark, shows, and addition restaurants was nice as well. Minor annoyances: -You have to carry around a room key (can't use your wristband. -All inclusive but every time you get anything, even a single bottle of water, they want your room key and then print a receipt that you have to sign. -Paper receipts for towels as well

The food at the Palapa restaurant was not that good. Staff was friendly, the beach was very rocky and there was a lot of seaweed. Not many activities to do here. I was up on the second floor, did not have a nice view and our room was facing the busy street so at night it was hard to sleep due to all the loud traffic.

The rooms are amazing and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, also most staff are bilingual. Highly recommend this hotel. The room is more like a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome.

Staff amazing . Everyone took such great care of us ..we felt like family. Special shout out to William, Hector and the woman who makes all the yummy omelets (she works her tail.off). Also the head of the bellman took extra Special care of us and we appreciate him and the rest of his staff (after a long travel day his name eacapes me) . The entire staff took great care of us and our 85 yo mom who needed some extra assistance. Holiday Inn better take notice and not change much . The only thing that would make it better is higher beach chairs at the pool and beach ...even my young self was struggling. If nothing changes we will be back !

Very clean and nice rooms It includes access to The royal Sands hotel which he's a much nicer hotel zone beach and other restaurant choices. I like peace and quiet trips this one is not as party zoned like the sister branch, day trips are easier on my crowd meter tank they provide shuttles there. Easier access to the rest of Cancun you are on the edge, Puerto Juarez is a 8 min drive from the hotel Definitely going back good family budget trip

The level of service was superb. The company obviously does a great job training their staff, who obviously like their jobs. Such happy people, so ready to be helpful. The property is maintained at the level expected of a top tier resort. The beach is beautiful, the entire property and villas are beautiful. Stay there! Worth your time and money without a doubt. 5* returning in 6 months! ❤️
