Excellent overall, outstanding staff and great times. Can’t get NFL football games so work out your own VPN or something. Staff was awesome. Odalys was amazing, she made everything fast and easy at the resort. This is an excellent couples destination, hell of a party.

The staff is what stood out for me the most. The entertainment staff were amazing and friendly. My house keeper Esmeralda always left the room spotless and always made sure we had everything we needed. Reyes at the buffet took care of my friends and I. He always knew our drink order and would bring it without us even having to ask. The resort overall is great, but could use some update.

The hotel is amazing and the people who works there are more amazing. We stayed for the all night party and Cowboy and Red Bull did an incredible job running the event. Lot of fun!
