Staff is super nice, attentive and hospitable. Food and drinks are great. No complaints there. Guests are respectful and resort is well balanced. There’s party areas and quiet areas. Guests are free spirited, it’s a no judgement zone and a true adults only. Rooms can use a little updating but overall accommodations are comfortable and clean.

We stayed from Sunday - Thursday , 10/10 experience the theme nights with shows were my favorite , the staff were super nice and check in and out was also super easy thanks to Marco and Odalys . Maria was our waiter most nights she was amazing and very attentive to us. Overall great place only thing I didn't like was that there was too much smoke from smoke machine during shows .

Having stayed at various resorts all over the world this is absolutely the best. Starting with a friendly greeting when you arrive, the registration team was absolutely outstanding. To mention two special individuals, Marco & Aden, who provided outstanding support. Covered all of the amenities the resort offered, noted that we were returning customers and asked how we enjoyed our previous stay. Offered us a room upgrade to give us an idea of what the Grand Master Suite offered. After staying in the fabulous suite we will always book the Grand Master Suite whenever possible for all future visits. Check-in and Checking-out was a breeze. The restaurants always provided fabulous meals and the buffet always fully stocked. Definitely looking forward to returning over and over again. Thanks so much to Marco and Aden for their attention to detail and support.
