Came here for my wife birthday. We had a wonderful time. What stood out was the staff everyone was excellent and accommodated our needs. The food was top tier very delicious.

This place is beautiful. I felt very safe, the food is amazing! Lots of choices. My favorite was the swim up bar. In case you don’t know, there’s a convenience store (Farmacia Guadalajara) and like a 7/11 (OXXO) right in front! Clubs are like 10 minutes walking. There’s another RIU right next door, the club in there has great music! Will definitely come back

Plenty of restaurants and options for food. It is a spectacular hotel. Very clean rooms but could use a little updating and not enough outlets at all. Staff were wonderful!

The staff was extremely kind and friendly! We loved the dinner options. They were very high quality and had great flavor. We also loved the caramel lattes at cappuccino cafe! Highly recommend this resort!

Everything was great except for two things: - the room card/keys kept on failing and needed to be reset several times daily. - the blankets in the room are paper thin and scratchy. Other than that everything especially the food was great!

We love it, come back to see William. He is just wonderful ,proud to call him our friend. I do recommend getting the musty smell out of the rooms. I understand sometimes it can’t be helped. Very clean rooms though, maybe starting replacing the furniture. The night life there is awful. Maybe try different shows, always the same. And a closer bathroom to the show room. Drinking have to go a lot, and having to walk through the lobby is dreadful.

Best hotel ive ever stayed at. Ive nver done the all inclusive before so didnt know what to expect. Room service was top notch and the restaurants were some of the best ive eaten at. I do frequent steakhouses here in the states and krystal tops them.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly, the service was great, and the resort was very clean. The property has an old-world, colonial style, so it may feel more traditional than modern, but that’s part of its charm. Some furnishings could use small updates, and the beds could be a bit more comfortable, but overall everything was fine. My only real complaint is that pool and beach chairs fill up quickly, so you have to get out early if you want a good spot. Otherwise, I had a great experience and would return.

Excellent staff and customer service but because of the Jet ski activity in front of the hotel beach we could smell gasoline all the time at beach in addition to their noise while trying to relax at the beach. Food was good. Hotel restrooms and area was nice and clean. Beach showers barely had water.

The service on the resort from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave is outstanding. Every employee goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is wonderful.
