reserved 2 rooms that were supposed to be together and have oceanview only one had a clear view with the large balcony and both keys to enter rooms did not work and the rooms were in separate buildings had to return to get keys to work twice at lobby and they did not fix the issue with the rooms being so separate also water had leaked all over the floor in one of the rooms and the other the floor was dirty and had dirt marks everywhere.

We had an inconvenience with one of the rooms, that flooded twice, and they did offer to change rooms the first time (at 4 am) but maintenance arrived and I didn’t want to pack my 3 teenagers to change rooms, so I thought the issue was resolved, so why change rooms. But it happened again (at midnight two nights later). They got mad when I asked for a late check out (3 hours) as a courtesy, they could only provide 2 without charge. I completed the survey to get a passive aggressive response from them. If the flooding and the bad approach with the issue wouldn’t have happened, the experience would have been excellent!

We enjoyed our stay at this budget friendly resort. Rooms are a bit outdated and could use a remodel, but they were clean and had everything we needed. Food at the buffet was just okay. They do have a few “specialty” restaurants but they were only slightly better than the buffet. It’s mentioned on their site that you are required to make reservations for the specialty restaurants, which was fine. It was disappointing to learn that you were limited on the number of reservations you could make based on your length of stay. We stayed 4 nights and were only allowed 2 nights at the specialty restaurants. That limitation wasn’t mentioned anywhere. I would have preferred to make a reservation for each night over dining at the buffet. The pool was nice and we never felt it was too crowded. We were disappointed in the beach area, though. It’s very small and felt more like a small lagoon. Boats pass by often and the smell of the exhaust from their motors can get quite strong. If you’re looking to spend more time at the beach, choose a resort in a different location. Staff was very friendly. No complaints there. Drinks are what you’d expect at an all inclusive. Not top shelf or anything, but they do the trick. For a budget friendly option, it was great. Next time, I think we’ll increase our budget and opt for something a little nicer in an area with a nicer beach. Don’t let them sucker you into visiting their sister resort! It’s a presentation for the vacation club!Waste of time!

Room was clean but the floor was sandy, bathroom sink slow drain/clogged, housekeeper was provided every day, never has to ask for nothing, staff very friendly in the entire facility, even in the pool they offered drinks and towels, staff is amazing My room has a ocean and pool view, was a beautiful view day and night, I really enjoyed, I went for vacation with my sister. Don't waist time with vendors trying to sell memberships for Occidental Vacation Club, I lost more of half of my precious day. And did not get what they promised
