Had an amazing time. Property definitely needs an upgrade which I heard they will be doing starting in April. Shows were fantastic. Spa also needs an uplift, Jesus the masseuse was awesome.

We had an amazing stay. I was unfortunately in a wheelchair during our stay, the staff was so amazing with us our whole trip!!! The food was great, better than any all inclusive we have ever stayed at. We will be back to this property exclusively from now on. Thank you again. Love The Dube’s.

Only the sunglasses in the lobby we was bought sunglasses and we wanna exhange juste like 15-20minute after paid the refused us 😳😳😳😳

The property was nice. It’s needs some upgrades. They are closing the property in April for renovations. The food was good and the staff were very nice.

Quite honestly the best all-inclusive we have visited in Cancun, and we will be back. Honestly don’t have one single complaint about anything. Their concierge service is also thorough and makes sure everything is done as you requested.
