It was okay. Mexican restaurant wait was forever. We stayed 2 nights and weren't able to get any reservations to the nicer restaurants. Bar lines were pretty long most of time. Beds and rooms were comfy enough though. Line for breakfast was super long sometimes.

Everything was good. But all you can eat buffet at tatish need to add more beef and chicken products for people that don’t eat pork products. All other restaurants was really good but need to stand in a long long. But overall was good.

upon arrival, we discovered there was an A-class of customers and a b-class, which we did not know about at booking. 3/4 of dining locations was unavailable due to being one of the b-class. The daily schedule was neutral at best, overall pretty bad. The alcohol was very low grade, and lines were rampant. My room had holes in the seal of the shower, which means we had bugs crawling up. On an attempt to do room service, we discovered that it took hours. The sheets were clean.

DO NOT BOOK/TERRIBLE! NOT ALL INCLUSIVE Whether it’s the resort or Expedia: one of them is a huge liar and Expedia being the advertising site should be more honest in their representation of such properties. Upon booking, I chose to upgrade to ocean view room, requested double beds, received response from resort that double beds would be available. The resort is described as all inclusive, however it is not. Upon arrival, front desk staff could care less to help you or explain anything, won’t even crack a smile (which is the theme for the rest of staff at this resort, looking depressed and downright angry). They later tell you that you have to rent the safe!!! Never heard of renting a safe in any hotel ever. Fine… 90$ more that. Then they tell you that room I got is not all inclusive, only 6 of the restaurants that are actually included and those have the worst food I’ve ever had. Room I got was blocked by another building, so I had only partial ocean view. No double beds, 1 king bed. Was told to talk to concierge: woman looked so angry and unapproachable, when I asked if I can have what I paid for she said no rooms are available for the “level” I bought. Mind you, Expedia does not at all disclose that there are multiple levels of rooms and what they include. No room service at all! You had to beg to refill water and towels in the room. Burgers looked like they were made from fake meet, only non premium items such as chicken and beef. The rest is up charge or not available.

This hotel has a beautifully designed entrance and the overall resort has a nice look. But we were extremely disappointed in the dinner buffet. The food was mediocre at best. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Worst Experience in Mexico - Very Disappointed
I had the worst experience I’ve ever had in Mexico at this hotel and am extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this place at all. Firstly, we were given drinks in disposable cups that had already been used, with lipstick stains on them multiple times. The rooms were filthy, and the showers were disgusting. The entire hotel is deteriorated and falling apart. Furthermore, the information provided on hotel.com is misleading. It stated that the hotel was all-inclusive, but that’s not true. You still have to pay for almost 70% of the food, drinks, and dining options if you want anything decent. Even with the highest tier package, the Black wristbands, what is included is very limited. For example, I tried to get popsicles for my husband, two kids, and myself but was told there was a three-item limit per person. At a restaurant, I wanted to order two entrees, but the waitress insisted I finish the first one before ordering more. I didn’t like the first entrée, and when I tried to order something else five minutes later, the kitchen was already closed. This happened multiple times with both food and drinks. The worst part is that we stayed at this same hotel 10 years ago for our honeymoon in 2014 and had a completely different experience. It’s unbelievable how much this place and its service have declined.

The property was beautiful. They had many options on the property but no one explained prior to going that there were different levels to the all inclusive. There were many restaurants we had to pay extra to eat at, and the price was expensive. The food places were very spread out and you have to walk A Lot to get what you’re going to.
