Enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Bar tenders were good- especially the one who made the flaming coffee drinks. Beach was accessible and clean. Live nightly entertainment features good singers and dancers, but most of the entertainment was in Spanish which was difficult for me to understand.

The food was subpar and the drinks were terrible. Even if they offered a free visit I would not return. I had higher expectations. They definitely were not met. The water in the shower didn’t drain properly and the water was intermittently hot. There is a lot of construction activity going on

Pros: Entertainment was the highlight of the stay. Liked the size of the resort. Not to big or to small. Some staff was very friendly. Cons: No real big upgrades being a Expedia memeber. Our room wasn't upgraded. No communication when you check in or direction on how things were ran. Had to figure it out on your own. Food is okay. Nothing stood out as real good to eat.

This was my 3rd visit as I have always loved the size and connivence. This stay was not great, food was terrible, you could not find a place around the pool to sit as people save chairs and leave empty all day at times. Construction all day and early morning. Limited service

The food at the buffet is the same everyday and there isn’t a huge variety. Somethings served at dinner were at breakfast. The restaurant situation needs to be addressed you can’t even get reservations for some of them. There also needs to be more activities for people to do. The entertainment at night was nice but once that was done early there was nothing else to do. Drinks are also bad. I don’t know if it is the alcohol they are using but something didn’t taste right. I believe this is due to the levels of bands that you get. A guest told me a yellow band allowed you to get top-shelf alcohol. I give it 3 stars because despite being outdated staff was friendly and the place was kept clean.
