⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, the All Inclusive resort did manage to deliver on its promise of being all-inclusive, but it fell short in several areas. While the property was beautiful and the amenities were plentiful, it’s definitely dated, the customer service, and food left much to be desired. If you're looking for a truly relaxing and immersive experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Hello I reserved a ocean view instead I received a construction view. Hard to reserve for dinner, since reservations and made til you arrived at hotel, plus app had issues with their ‘best’ restaurant. Very limited variety of beer. The room mini bar only has 2-8oz beers Sol brand. The other brand they had was xx draft. The bar at the pool closes at 6 in my opinion is a bit early. I loved the shows at the theater

I liked the convenience of getting to and from the stores and local areas. The staff service was very nice as well. The room was clean, with the exception of the floors that had some dust and hair present. What i didn’t like was the mildew smell that lingered on the entire property. I also didn’t like the ocean view room we had because it was off to the corner and directly across was ongoing construction. I felt as though the dining reservation app was faulty as you could not make a reservation for anything because it said it was full but when you get to the restaurants they were all empty.

Ok VIP benefits I just received a bottle of sparkling wine and that’s it, staff they are friendly only a guy at the front desk was very rude I don’t have his name he is short black hair and wears glasses, the hotel is clean but they have to take care of the little details I used a pair of coffee cups and they never washed now the most important part was the food I stayed with my family 8 members and 6 of them were sick they have to check quality of ingredients and how they cook

Staff especially at the pool and the cafe were awesome. Our room AC was not cool enough. We asked 4 times to make it work so it could get cooler and it never did. Not being able to swim on the beach at the property was also a down fall.

The bars outside by the pools closed at 6 pm when the pools closed at 11pm. The food was great it was the same dishes everyday and most looked old. We will not be staying here again

Necesitan más personal tenía q caminar varias veces al bar para pedir un trago ya q no habia nada de personal y había un solo bar q quedaba lejos los bares abrían alas 11:00 y cerraban alas 11:30 pm viajamos con niños para el momento q poníamos los niños a dormir y tratábamos de disfrutar del bar y lo cerraban no volveríamos especialmente pq me quede en un VIP room y un cliente del cuarto de alado nos frito y golpeó pq mi hijo q tiene autismo estaba llorando llame a recepción para q nos ayuden y la solución fue q nos mudáramos a un cuarto normal pq no podían pedir a los otros q no eran VIP q se mudarán ya q ellos nos estaba haciendo el problema no volveremos a este hotel aparte necesita. Más menú solo dos restaurantes y el menú no era nada bueno y si no hacías la reservación un día antes para el restaurante te quedabas sin comer y tenías q ir al bufete aparte q nunca habían reservaciones temprano llegábamos a nuestra reservación y los platos q queríamos ya no lo tenían una decepción total.
