La atencion al cliente es nefasta, falta de interes de que tuvieramos una buena imprecion, la habitacion nada que ver de lo que ponen en sus publicaciones, y sobretodo propaganda engañosa nada de lo que publican es verdad deberian detener mas cuidado para contratar su personal no sirve para nada sus servicios.

Some of the staff were very friendly, others were standoffish, not sure if that was due to language. The hair dryers didn't work. The safes were broken, we got a letter saying that they weren't responsible for our valuables if they're out of the safe. But in the end nothing got stolen, the housekeeping staff were very nice. Hotel was quite run down. Food was ok. Air conditioning worked well, bed was comfortable. Really good price. They charged us $21 per day to use the fridge, plus some other fees that were smaller. Not perfect but good for what we needed.

The staff was good, I just did not appreciate the extra fee at the check in and making you sign that you agree of to pay that fee otherwise you must go to another hotel. also they give you a tv remote control and check in and must return at check out, in all of my travels I have never seen this, not even in two star hotels. and the wait at the check out so they can check the room before they can gave me a receipt, I do not know is this common in al the hotels, but definitely I will not book that hotel again
