Upon discovering a bad smell coming from the toilet in my room, I, along with two other guests, reported the issue to the receptionist. Unfortunately, rather than addressing the problem, the receptionist dismissed our concerns and attempted to convince the three of us that there was no smell and the only solution she found to the problem was to sent a cleaner to spray some freshener. Although we were offered a new room, her dismissive behavior led us to stay in the original room with all the disgusting smell. The windows were open all night. I truly appreciate the quality of your property and hope that this feedback helps in improving the guest experience."
