"We went for 3 days to Bucerias to have a little getaway from Puerto Vallarta and chose Hotel Palmeras because of its location on Lazaro Cardenas which doesnt have a lot of through traffic but offers a good selection of decently priced restaurants while only being a couple blocks from the beach. We stayed in Room 2 which has been newly remodeled and enjoyed nice hot showers and good AC. Being a road facing room we had the occasional vehicle noise but sleeps were decent on a firm king size mattress and nice pillows. Last but not least, the reception staff was wonderful and welcoming, speaking decent english but with Mexican hospitality. Thank you for a nice stay! "
