"Papaws creek side cabin was a great place to stay! Check in was a breeze, hosts were quick to communicate, and the cabin was well stocked and clean. Extra touches, such as hot chocolate and Christmas mugs left for us, were much appreciated. Hot tub was great. We also loved the screened in porch and the fact that you can hear the creek. We just wish it was warm enough to sit out on the porch. My son and husband enjoyed playing pool and air hockey in the game room. We plan to book again when it’s warm so we can tube the river and do the zip line tour. The nearby Nantahala on the river restaurant had the best Reuben and the best chicken Alfredo dish we’ve had! "

"My husband and I loved our stay at Mountain Magic and didn’t want to leave! The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured, with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy and inviting shared space with a lovely gas fireplace. The view of the mountains was simply spectacular, especially while soaking in the hot tub and making s’mores by the outside fire pit. Bryson City and Cherokee are within 20 and 30 minutes, respectively, and are wonderful places to stroll around, shop, and explore. We particularly liked the Cherokee Cultural Center/Museum. We greatly enjoyed our scenic hikes in the nearby Nantahala National Forest and of course in the Great Smoky Mountains. Communication and instructions from the host were comprehensive and helpful. And the best part is that we could bring our dogs with us. Rent this home-you won’t be disappointed!"
