"I only can say good things about receptionists at this hotel. They go on and beyond to accommodate us. If you are in Belo Horizonte- Mina’s Gerais I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the people at the front desk for helping me in my urgent need. Muito obrigada! Thank you to Mr Gomes from the restaurant for his kindness and affable conversation! Breakfast was awesome! "I booked this hotel super last minute after my original accommodation was awful on arrival. I reserved with the pay later option and when I arrived at the hotel requested to see the room before payment to ensure I would feel comfortable there. The staff were more than happy to accommodate me and gave me a tour of the facilities as well! The included breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious and the staff were incredibly helpful. I ordered room service and it too was really tasty and reasonably priced! The location is great, really close to the shopping centre and some great restaurants (and a really good and cheap pastel shop). The rooms do need a little TLC but nothing major at all and were still very modern and decently clean. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely stay there again in future."
