I would not expect to sleep 10 at this property as advertised. There are only double beds for 6. A pull out couch for sleeping maybe two small people. Property manager/owner should consider leaving some information booklet on local shopping or restaurants. We had to search for everything. Instructions from check-in/check-out were provided and accurate. "
