I had to go get my own sheets from the front desk to change the bedding after my 2 year old had an accident. Then, I had to change the bed, and bring up the spoiled linens as I was told there is no housekeeping. We've never stayed at a hotel before that has not offered any kind of housekeeping, even just dropping off towels or sheets for us! And we requested them during normal hours (10.30 in the morning, and then had to come again after we got back from the parks because no new linens or towels were dropped off as we were told they would "try".)
Also, there is no additional lock on the doors, just the one by the knob. Usually hotel doors are super heavy and auto shut, but this door was very light weight and would stay open, and with no separate lock, our two year old actually ran out multiple times! We had to stack chairs in front of the door.
The only redeeming quality of this place is the shuttle to and from SDC. I would not stay here again. It's a glorified multi unit motel that uses the name "resort".
