The check-in process is slow and clunky with a lot of paperwork. It felt like going through customs. The bedroom felt somewhat old and the bed was perhaps the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on at any hotels I’ve stayed in my life. When I told the front desk about this, the manager said that ir was the first time he’s heard about the bed being uncomfortable. He was very nice, but I refuse to accept that no one has said anything about that marble slab of a bed.
