There was no place to eat at the hotel. Restaurants near the area closed at 10pm. Steakhouse adjacent to the hotel opened at 5pm for dinner and closed at 10pm. The area is walkable to restaurants, but the hotel staff did not provide a map of dining areas. The room had coffee maker, but no place to plug it in. I didn't feel welcomed at hotel as the staff didn't seem friendly or helpful. I wasn't made aware that there was a Starbucks and another coffee shop close by. The king room I booked wasn't available. I recommend making maps available to customers that shows eating areas, drug sores, and entertainment areas. I was unpleasantly surprised with the mediocrity of the staff for such a nice facility with so much potential.

The property was very nice and very easy to get around. The room itself did have some damage and the shower seemed to have a gap that caused water to easily create a puddle in the bathroom. To summarize Facility: Great Dinning: Great albeit expensive Parking: Did not use Room: Below Average bathroom but the rest of the room was nice with plenty of outlets for charging and plugging in items

Unfortunately the bedsheets were smaller than the bed so I had little sleep and was very uncomfortable. After the first night I asked for them to be changed, but it didn’t happen.

I asked for a bathrobe twice that was never delivered. The pillows was too soft or not enough pillows. The parking was confusing. During check in no one stated that the only way to enter the hotel through the garage is by going through the ballroom.

We love HYATT!! Every state/country we visit, we look for hyatt. This has been one of the most beautiful locations. Such a futuristic yet homey aesthetic. Paying $26 for parking is annoying; especially because it is tricky to maneuver in parking lot and a ways to go. Daughter is still loving look and ambience of the place.

Great property and good location from an access to American University which was our criteria. Nice coffee shops and safe location. Were able to get a run in on a nearby trail.
