Our reservation was for some reason canceled and the person at the desk tried to get everything correct. He apologized so much and got everything fixed. He gave us an upgrade for the issue. He was amazing. Everyone else that we dealt with were just great as well. The hotel was beautiful and we will stay there again whenever we go back! I’m sorry I don’t remember the guy that originally helped us! He should get an award or something for how much he worked on handling our problem. He went above and beyond. He truly did.

Service isn’t friendly and very dated.
Check-in clerk was extremely rude! Hotel wasn’t clean, my room didn’t have any towels. I went down to ask the same rude clerk at check in about the towels and she gave me the biggest attitude. Felt like i was bugging her. Room was extremely dirty and very dated.

Hotel was a little shabbier than expected, but mostly clean. The downtown neighborhood has become very vacant of restaurants and things to do, so it was tough to find good food that wasn’t a tourist trap within walking distance.

Great Location, Beautiful Hotel
The Kimpton Hotel Monaco was a great place to stay during our quick trip to Baltimore. The location was great, we were able to walk all around the city - to the Orioles game, bars/restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean, well designed and perfect for the weekend. The staff was friendly, helpful, and effecient. We look forward to staying here during our next trip to Baltimore.

The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. We ate at the on site restaurant, which was pricey but good. Parking was convenient. Walked to inner harbor, which was close by. Booked through third party, and it looked like I was double charged on my credit card statement for a few days. The hotel took the charge off my credit card, but I find it a little annoying that I had to worry about a double charge for a few days.
