We used the pool and spa area, which was very convenient but the chemicals levels damaged our swimwear and skin. I have showered multiple times since using the pool and still reak of the chemical smell. It was clearly not well balanced, but we didn’t notice until the damage had been done.

I loved the space in the room for the Mobility/Accessible room and the bars on the walls in the bathroom were very helpful but I did not like how low to the ground the bed was.
