The hotel reeked of old cigarettes and water damage. There was water coming through the ceiling of the lobby and no hot water for the duration of my stay. Walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything that's happening around you.

Room 300 was not ready for guests. We opened the door to 85 degrees and a stinky, continuously running toilet that required a maintenance call to fix. The AC had a loud motor that woke us up all night. No hot water! And the bathroom sink would not drain. We have stayed here many times, and never had a problem. We won’t be coming back. Must be under new management. No excuses for a room this bad.

I had a wonderful stay at The Holiday Inn Express Towson - Baltimore North. The location is perfect, offering easy access to both Towson and downtown Baltimore.
