"Great hotel very cozy right on the boardwalk. Great view if you’re in 101 or 102 really nice continental breakfast. The bed is comfortable. Shower is nice. No elevator, but that’s OK for us."

"Judy welcomed us in person with full access to patio, bikes, kayaks & Duffy Boat… and birthday cupcakes for my husband. Accommodations are excellent & the Duffy boat scenic cruising throughout Balboa was a high point. You can park the Duffy in public areas & many shopping districts have free boat parking as well. Judy baked my husband a bday cake on day 2 - never have had a more hospitable & friendly host experience. Walking distance to restaurants, shops & beaches. There is so much to do, even our teenagers loved it & never once reported being bored (huge victory!). We look forward to future visits & Balboa / Newport get-a-ways!"
