My overall stay was wonderful except for one glaring problem. The pianist/singer at the lobby from 7pm to 8:30 pm was the most terrible I have ever heard. Annoying, tone deaf, noisy and most of all no talent. If he just played the piano and kept his mouth shut he might have improved. Could not stay in the lobby for a nice drink because of his terrible performance. He needs to be fired and the person who hired him also needs to be fired.

The food here was amazing! Every aspect of this RIU was perfect. The staff are some of friendliest professional people you will ever encounter. The ground and decor was immaculate. Im already planning to go back very soon. I will encourage everyone to visit this place.

This was a beautiful resort and absolutely immaculate at all times. I've never seen such attention to detail in cleaning at a resort before....from handrails to walls and everything in between. Loved the entire peaceful and elegant vibe.

Did not plan on the elevator door closing and cutting my arm! Staff did a superb job of treating me and checking on my status for next few days! However I did lose two days of a complete vacation experience! Time of my stay was Sept 8th to Sept 12.

This was a BIG come back from our last vacation. RIU Palace is an EXCELLENT place to stay at!! 5+ Star for sure. If you’re thinking about staying here, do it, you will not regret it. Beautiful resort. Food was good. The pools were all very hot. Bath water hot. I wanted to cool off and drink a margarita but the pools were uncomfortable. No cooling off unless you are inside. Even the spa pools are hot. The ocean there is just as hot. The ocean water is brown and you can’t see through it which is creepy. They have something every night which is fun, but it’s so hot.

One of the best RIU properties. I stayed in the updated/upgrades elite rooms and decorum and service was top notch. The property is being sits right on the beach. Food was extra delicious. Would definitely go again.
