The property is too old and needs renovation in order to have good business coming in. The name of the property is “Red Carpet Inn” but in fact the carpet is very old, smells bad and very black in color. It should change it to maintain the hygiene and well being of everyone especially the guests.

Dear Adriana,Thanks for letting us know about your issues. As per our records, you had a issue at the time of check in. You do not want to pay Incidental Deposit, which is Mandatory. We offer you for free cancellation but you did not accept our offer. One of your family member said, please do not cancel the reservation, we will stay. After all this drama, you went to the room and room was used. The hotel is perfectly in good condition and one of the best location in AC. We are sorry for your inconvenience and thank you for your business.

The place is not fancy but the price and location are amazing. Second time we stayed there and had no problems. They offer free parking and have someone at the desk all day long. Not the cleanest but certainly not the most dirty place. We will certainly go back because the price and location.
