Nice pool. Lots of common areas to sit to take a business call. Quiet restaurant where you can actually hear your friends or co workers speak. Some restos have loud music. This is not one of them. Joy was so polite at the front desk and helped me with restaurant recommendations. I'm a business traveler.

The hotel was very clean, the room was great and the pool very nice. Interaction with the staff was pleasant. The hotel is about a ten minute walk to the Aquarium and coca-cola attractions which was convenient however be prepared to see a lot of homeless people. It’s a city issue so you can’t fault the hotel for being downtown but if you have small kids I wouldn’t recommend.

Tenn and Mal at the front desk were instrumental in handling a lot of headache I had to deal with after a hectic travel day. The floor we were on smelled like weed and when we entered our room it smelled like weed so we had to go downstairs and ask for another room upon check in. The room is nice once you get inside. I did not like all the traffic and the hotel is positioned in an awkward place making it hard to get in and out of the hotel.

Nice hotel in downtown Atlanta. Would've gotten 5 stars but I checked out at 5pm a day early and they were not interested in helping me out with my rate for the night I was not using. Even charged me the full $55 for parking. The front desk was nice but said there was nothing they could do.
